Brief introduction to Sichuan research institute of non-ferrous ore concentration center

　　 Sichuan research institute of non-ferrous ore concentration center was founded in 1960s,embarks on the research and design for the ore concentration of non-ferrous metal,black metal and nonmetal mineral for a long time .It is a professional (with 50% advanced engineers) milling run engineering organization overlaying scientific research,manufacturing ,selling medicament for ore concentration ,ore concentration design,technical service.The center in equipped with over 1000 instruments ,can satisfy the research demand of reelect ,magnetic separation and flotation,also can design for the ore concentration enterprises and give technical direction for the ore concentration locale.

　　In the decades since founding ,the center undertakes and accomplished many research items of National Science Technical Sect.and Sichuan Science Office.Besides 1 national invention patent ,we have acquired 2nd and 3rd prizes of national and provincial science progress awards,gaining plentiful scientific fruits.The center has offered advanced milling run technics for southwest ,northwest and center China ,especially some large、mediate and small mines in Sichuan ,resolving the technical difficulty in the process of ore concentration,offering new fashioned ore concentrating medicament,contributing a lot for the technical progress and new-coming benefit,enjoys a high reputation in the trading of western mining .

　　Recently ,the center manufactured CuO chelate medicament B130 and 99# acidic medium foaming agent.CuO chelate medicament B130 has acquired the 3rd prize of Chinese non-ferrous metal industry science fruit award in 1996.it is now applied widely in milling run of CuO mine.It is applied by Hubei DaYe Patina Concentration Plant,Sichuan HongYan Concentration Plant ,Sichuan MeiGu Copper Concentration Plant,and approved to have the ability of improving recovery by 10%.99# acidic medium foaming agent has been identified by Pan Steel Group ,and now is successfully applied in Pang steel titanium selecting factory.The medicament is good-performance ,low-dosage,mediate-price.Besides,the center also manufactures many kinds of ore concentration medicament and serves the society wholeheartedly.
