　　Sichuan Research Institute of Non-Ferrous is a academe ratified by CCP Sichuan provincial committee in 1960.On July 1st,1999,it was ranked as the first academe to change the system .In 2000,it is incorporated into Sichuan by National Non-Ferrous Metal Industrial Bureau.
